Edit: Starbucks is no longer a part of my new lifestyle. I am now enjoying my coffee by getting it for free at work, or at home with our Keurig machine. I haven't purchased any more Starbucks since 12/17/12. I keep this original post unedited for nostalgic reasons.
I love the Starbucks Gold program and I’ve written about it before.
On October 16th, 2012, Starbucks is making some new changes to the program; you can see the changes here:
- Free drink after only 12 purchases (previously 15)
- You can now use your free reward to get free food at Starbucks
- Lastly and sadly for me, I can’t get my free soy and syrups with my drink orders
Many Starbucks locations continue to team up with iTunes to give out free apps. Here is a picture of my growing collection of free iTunes apps, games, and books I pick up when I’m at my local Starbucks:
Yes I go to Starbucks a lot, and no I don’t feel guilty about it.
